I used Mike about a year ago to re-pave / put 2" asphalt topper on existing asphalt and concrete area.
My kids were running around and scratching themselves constantly. Mike came over and gave me a competitive quote and came back a few days later to put the 2" asphalt topper and sealer. Team came over and was efficient and professional. The quote was competitive with the other's that I received. There were a lot of existing cracks and over the year a lot more cracks have showed up again, but is not anything more than I expected since I did not re-do any of the base.
I also decided to paint some stripes for a tennis court and basketball lines as well and Mike had a crew come back out to help with that. This cost more than what I expected as had to pay a minimum fee, but was less than a few other quotes I received. I'm also not great at painting straight lines, so was better off for professionals.
Would recommend Mike and use again in future if needed.

Our HOA received an number of bids for badly needed asphalt repairs and sealing. Of all the contractors I met with and receive proposal from, I was most impressed with American Asphalt. They then provided us with a number of options to help us meet our goals. This project came in on time and on budget with little or no inconvenience to our home owners. This is my 3rd (or is it 4th??) time using American Asphalt and this time I employed their services on my commercial property in Laguna Niguel and was very pleased both in working with Michael Inzano and his crew and with the end result. I got 3 quotes and his price was competitive. Once the job was underway I asked for a couple extra things to do and he gladly added those items and did not charge me extra. They did a grind and overlay at the entrance to the shopping center and then a complete seal coat and striping of the entire property. I am not 100% convinced that seal coat will extend the life of asphalt, but now that it is complete I am amazing at how seal coat and restriping transforms a tired looking property into something that looks brand new. I was so excited about it I had the property video'd from a Drone and it looks very sharp. I am 100% convinced that the cost of the seal coat/striping will more than pay for itself in enhanced aesthetics and the additional rental value that will allow me to charge. Go American Asphalt!

Mike at American Asphalt does all of the work for our DeNault's Hardware stores. He does an excellent job of coordinating the project so there is a minimum impact on business during the days the work is performed. The quality is excellent and the price is fair.
